Ingrained Expressions is a collaboration between two old friends that enjoy making wood come to life. Each product is handcrafted with love and care. We can produce most anything requested and we enjoy a challenging project. We try to make each piece a little extension of ourselves and we put a little love into each process of our production. Our shop is located in La Grange Ky but we service all surrounding areas.
Ingrained Expressions was founded by Mike Driskell and Emory Higginbotham. Mike And Emory go all the way back to band camp, in high school, freshman year. They remained friends/acquaintances for many years after high school. But in 2015 Emory came to work with Mike at Driskell Home Repair. They eventually found themselves in a good working rhythm and were very successful together. As time passed, Mike and Emory began tinkering with e-cig accessories and stands in a tiny 100 SF shop after the day gig was done. While those projects were short lived, they evolved. Mike and Emory went on to create what is now Ingrained Expressions. A full service custom woodworking company who is here to make your vision come true.
